Deliver Impact in Miami
1. How many people can outdoor advertising in Miami reach daily?
Average weekly impressions of 1,780,000 impressions, around 250k impressions per day.
2. What neighborhoods or districts are best for targeting tourists in Miami?
Ranked in order of best to least (all have tourists):
3. Which areas in Miami provide the highest ad exposure to high-income consumers?
4. Are there seasonal price changes for outdoor advertising in Miami?
Price changes are in the market when large events are in town. Art Basel, FIFA, F1, and more are large events in South Florida that would affect availability and pricing.
5. Do seasonal campaigns (e.g., winter tourism) perform better in Miami?
There is an increase in tourism from November through May in South Florida. This time of year, it is busier and more competitive for inventory. Seasonal campaigns are common, which may be an indicator of success, but we haven’t noticed a standout difference in performance based on client feedback.
6. What is the minimum duration for an outdoor ad campaign in Miami?
For static, 4 weeks is the recommended minimum, but one week is the shortest. For digital, there is no limit, advertisers can be on for a day if they choose.

2. What neighborhoods or districts are best for targeting tourists in Miami?
Ranked in order of best to least (all have tourists):
1. Miami Beach; this is where most people stay for their “Miami” trip. LIV nightclub, Nobu, Carbone, and countless other spots are here. Luxury hotels, food, and lots of nightlife
2. Brickell; most walkable area in Miami, luxury buildings, dining, and nightlife
3. Downtown; less tourists all over, but East, specifically near Bayfront Park, the Kaseya Center, the Perez Art Musuem, the Cruise port, and the Freedom tower is heavy w/ tourists. There’s a big audience of people who come for a cruise one night beforehand and explore this area.
4. Design District; luxury shopping and dining, also walkable. I would say a tourist would typically have multiple days in Miami to explore here, unless they’re coming specifically for shopping.
5. Wynwood; younger hip streetwear brands, Wynwood Walls, and casual dining. A mix of locals and some tourists
3. Which areas in Miami provide the highest ad exposure to high-income consumers?
- Brickell
 - Coral Gables
 - Coconut Grove
 - Design District
 - Downtown
 - South Florida is open of the wealthiest areas in the country. A majority of the market will reach high-income consumers. Miami-Dade County, home to 2.7 million people, has an employment rate of 62.4% and a median household income of $72,000. (US census)
